Favourite aspect of training: Meeting a variety of people who all have a story to tell about their experiences and the services they work in. When participants see, practice and understand techniques that will not only keep them and the service users safe but will also improve their efficiency, reduce risk and empower them to go back and have an informed discussion with their colleagues about what they have learnt. Seeing people grow in confidence is fantastic.
Top Training Tip: There is no such thing as a silly question. It's a natural part of the learning learning process. Asking questions in the training room, I believe is the basis for asking questions in real time to ensure best practice.
