Mandatory Learning Disability & Autism Training Becomes Law
As of 1 July 2022 new law has been introduced that will impact all health and social care providers registered with the CQC. The Health and Social Care Act 2022 now requires that all providers ensure their staff have received training in how to interact appropriately with people with a learning disability and autistic people.
