Vanessa Martin

Position: Trainer

Vanessa is the most recent addition to our training team and joined EDGE in 2021. An occupational therapist with 20 years experience across the NHS, social care and hospice care, she has experience working largely in the community, and in diverse settings including stroke rehabilitation, palliative care, wheelchair services, children's services and learning disabilities.

Vanessa lives in south west England and when not working she enjoys being in nature, walking, dancing and reading.

Favourite aspect of being an EDGE trainer... supporting others in their work, and the reciprocal learning that takes place as a result.
